R&D-I-Y R&D-I-Y is a crowdsourcing initiative or mass collaboration project designed to output multiple local solutions to environmental problems. All kinds of normal folks will soon be raising environmental problems, making proposals, testing proposals, reviewing, tweeking, and creating instruction sets together. We’re going to give big green R&D a run for their money! R&D-I-Y is currently in a private alpha development phase, also known as the NYC windowfarms project.
